Yinzan (Dongguan) Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional injection mold manufacturer based in Dongguan, China — the heart of the global manufacturing industry. With over 10 years of experience, we specialize in designing and producing high-precision plastic injection molds for the automotive, lighting, and electronics sectors.
Our Mission
To deliver precision-engineered mold solutions that help our clients bring their products to market faster, with higher quality and lower total cost. We combine advanced CNC machining, experienced toolmakers, and rigorous quality control to achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm.
Our Capabilities
Design & Engineering
Full mold flow analysis (Moldflow), 3D design (UG/NX, Pro/E), and DFM reports. We optimize gate location, cooling channels, and ejection systems before steel is cut.
Manufacturing
5-axis CNC, EDM (sinker & wire-cut), surface grinding, and precision turning. In-house mold trial with 80T-1600T injection molding machines.
Quality Control
CMM inspection, hardness testing, and dimensional reporting. ISO 9001:2015 quality management system implemented across all processes.
