1. Design Review & DFM — 3D model analysis, Moldflow simulation, DFM report
2. Mold Design — Full 3D assembly in UG/NX, cooling & ejection system design
3. Manufacturing — CNC, EDM, grinding, fitting (25-45 days)
4. Mold Trial — In-house trial on 80T-1600T machines, CMM sample inspection
5. Quality Inspection — Hardness test, surface finish check, function test
6. Delivery & Support — Wooden case packing, 12-month warranty
